  Klasse2000 an der Roncalli-Schule  

Bereits Ende 2003 entdeckten wir Klasse2000 und sind seitdem mit dem Programm verbunden. Mit Hilfe externen Moderatorinnen haben wir unsere Schulkinder in den Bereichen der Gesundheitsförderung und der Suchtprävention schulen können.

Unser erster Sponsor war der Lions-Club Troisdorf, der uns seitdem immer wieder, ebenso wie auch andere Sponsoren, finanzielle unterstützt hat, damit wir das Programm durchführen können.

Dadurch können wir auf eine lange Tradition in der Stärkung unserer Kinder zurückblicken.  

  Wie sieht die Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention mit Klasse2000 aus?  

Klasse2000 ist das in Deutschland am weitesten verbreitete Unterrichtsprogramm für Grundschulkinder zur Gesundheitsförderung, zur Selbststärkung, sowie zur Schulung sich gegen Süchte und Gewalt zu behaupten.

Ziele des Programms
Kinder, darin stärken, dass sie für ihre Gesundheit selbst etwas tun zu können (z.B. gesundes Essverhalten), und dass sie sich dessen bewusst werden. 
Kinder, den eigenen Körper erkunden lassen (z.B. Atmung) und darum wissen, was sie tun können, damit ihr Körper gesund bleibt und sie sich wohl fühlen.
Kinder, in ihrem Selbstwertgefühl zu unterstützen, um z.B. mit Gefühlen und Stress umgehen zu können, mit anderen kooperieren zu lernen, Konflikte zu lösen und kritisch denken zu lernen.

Das Programm begleitet unsere Kinder von Klasse 1 bis 4. Pro Schuljahr finden ca. 15 Klasse2000-Stunden statt. Besondere Erlebnisse für die Kinder sind die Besuche der Klasse2000-Gesundheitsförderin, die mit spannenden Materialien, Experimenten und Spielen neue Themen einführt. Die Kinder sind begeistert von diesen Stunden, und die Lehrkräfte haben dadurch eine gute Grundlage für die weitere Vertiefung.
